OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES FOR GRAND PRIZE:

THE KOBALT TOOLS 500 TRIP GIVEAWAY (“Sweepstakes”)

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

2. To enter the Sweepstakes: Register at any official registration location starting at or around 9:00am (MT) on JULY 30TH, 2010 and ending at 7:00am (MT) on OCT.21ST, 2010. Participants will register their name, address, phone number and email addresses to be entered into a random drawing (collectively "Eligible Entries"). There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) selected. All eligible entries received will be entered into the prize drawing to determine the Grand Prize Winner. Participants must complete all required data requested on the entry form. Incomplete or inaccurate registrations are void.

3. Prizing: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the ("Grand Prize") of the Round trip transportation, coach air transportation, Tickets, Hotel for Grand Prize Winner and One (1) Guest. Departure location is subject to the sole discretion of the Tucker Entertainment Group LLC. The estimated retail value of the Grand Prize is $3,000. Cash value of the Grand Prize is $2000.

4. The tentative dates for prize fulfillment is NOV. 12th – NOV.15th, 2010 and is subject to change at Tucker Entertainment Group’s sole discretion. Total approximate retail value of this Sweepstakes is $3,000. The actual retail value of this Sweepstakes depends on current existing market conditions at time of prize fulfillment. Grand Prize Winner and their one (1) Guest must be available to travel during the dates selected by Tucker Entertainment Group LLC. In the event a chosen Grand Prize Winner is unable to travel on such dates as determined by the Tucker Entertainment Group LLC, such Grand Prize Winner of the Tucker Entertainment Group’s "KOBALT TOOLS 500 TRIP Giveaway.” Sweepstakes and all privileges as a Grand Prize Winner will immediately be terminated. The Tucker Entertainment Group LLC may select an alternate winner at random from among the remaining eligible entries. Some restrictions may apply. By entering, participants acknowledge compliance with these official rules including all eligibility requirements. Entries that have been tampered with or altered are void. In the event of a dispute over who submitted the winning entry, the holder of the winning entry form with a valid ID and must be 21 or older, will be declared the Grand Prize winner.

5. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received.

6. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of the Tucker Entertainment Group LLC, which are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

7. The Grand Prize Winner will be chosen at random from among all Eligible Entries received by the Tucker Entertainment Group LLC on or about OCT. 21ST, 2010. Grand Prize winner must be present to win. If any potential Grand Prize Winner is unreachable, or if there is no response from any potential Grand Prize Winner, an alternate potential Grand Prize Winner may be chosen, in Tucker Entertainment Group’s sole discretion. If an alternate potential Grand Prize Winner is chosen, it will be selected randomly from the remaining Eligible Entries.

8. The receipt by the Grand Prize Winner of any of the prize components of this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state and local rules and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER (AT THE TUCKER ENTERTAINMENT GROUP’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER OF THE TUCKER ENTERTAINMENT GROUP’S “SWEEPSTAKES” SPONSORED BY KARL TYLER CHEVROLET, WESTSIDE LANES, SIGN PRO, SUMMIT BEVERAGE, GARDEN OF READIN’, MISTYS, MAULER CENTRAL, MONTANA CLUBS, HEALTH SOURCE, FIVE VALLEY HONDA, JOKERS WILD, PATTEE CREEK MARKET, PARADISE FALLS, HARRY DAVIDS BAR AND CASINO, ROMEO'S ITALIAN KITCHEN, REDS TOWING, PROTOWING AND TWISTED TEA, MILLER LITE, COORS LIGHT and ROCKIN RUDYS. ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

9. The value of the Grand Prize may be taxable as income to Grand Prize Winner. Upon receipt of the prize, the Grand Prize Winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local tax that becomes due with respect to the Grand Prize.

10. All the information that is filled out on the entries and registration slips for the Tucker Entertainment Group LLC sweepstakes are the sole property of the Tucker Entertainment Group LLC and will be put on file for the use of other intended means and sweepstakes, tickets, etc.   

11. Sweepstakes is open to all residents who are at least 21 years of age at time of entry. In the event that the Grand Prize Winner is under 21 years of age, an alternate potential Grand Prize Winner may be chosen, at the Tucker Entertainment Group’s sole discretion. If an alternate potential Grand Prize Winner is chosen, it will be selected randomly from the remaining Eligible Entries.

12. All interpretations of the rules and decisions by The Tucker Entertainment Group LLC are final. The Tucker Entertainment Group LLC reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process.

13. Any Cancellation or rescheduling of events, concert and or trips as an act of God is at no fault of the Tucker Entertainment Group LLC, or it's affiliates.

14. Each entry box will be cleaned out weekly.

15. You may enter (1) One entry per name per day, all others will be disqualified.
